Pediatric Cardiology Referrals
Pediatric patients can be referred by their primary care physician or by other cardiologists for consultation regarding specialized heart care situations. Most insurance plans require that you have a primary care physician that coordinates all your care and makes referrals to specialists for heart conditions they cannot treat.
